She noted the firm’s Financial Advisor Training Program (FATP), a program that recruits and trains post-grad talent with at least three years of sales or related experience.

“We prioritize finding business partners with a client-first mentality, whose values and priorities align with ours. We will continue to evolve, but not chase the latest trend to lure people in with the biggest check versus a full value proposition,” Costigan said.
