Katie Costigan, PWM Executive Market Director

Katie is an Executive Market Director in Baird’s Private Wealth Management business. She has over 20 years of experience with the firm.  In her role, Katie focuses on advancing PWM’s strategic initiatives throughout her market, which consists of all the branches located throughout the Midwest and Florida. As a member of the PWM executive leadership team, she is also involved in various strategic initiatives in support of Baird’s Private Wealth Management business, including enhancing branch leadership, furthering Baird’s Wealth Management strategy, and increasing the firm’s competitive advantage.

Prior to her current role, she served in numerous leadership roles within Private Wealth Management, including Chief Talent Officer, Director of Experienced Financial Advisor Recruiting and Director of Branch Support.  Katie also serves as a member of Baird’s Special Task Force on Inclusion & Diversity and Baird’s Firmwide Women’s Marketing Committee.

In addition to her time with Baird, Katie spent several years leading the Talent strategy at a regional public accounting firm.

Katie earned her BBA from Marquette University, and she also holds the FINRA Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses. She is an active member of various SIFMA roundtable groups, TEMPO Milwaukee, Notre Dame School of Milwaukee and the United Way.

Katie and her husband Patrick live in Elm Grove, WI with their four children. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with family, exploring Wisconsin, and volunteering at community events.
