- Baird Foundation supports nonprofits that focus on health and human services, education and the arts. In 2024, we donated more than $5.8 million to qualified nonprofits.
- Every year, we host Baird Gives Back Week: a week dedicated for associates to use their paid time off that is specifically allotted for them to volunteer in their local communities.
- In 2020, we established the Paul Purcell “Kids Win!” Annual Baird Education Grant, a program that aims to ensure children have access to quality education and resources. The grant was created in honor of our former Chairman and CEO, who believed every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.
