Morgan Brzezinski, Baird Family Wealth Specialist

Morgan serves as a Family Wealth Specialist, where she supports the firm’s family wealth initiatives through strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and client-focused execution. She partners with internal teams to advance program objectives, streamline processes, and deliver thoughtful, effective experiences for advisors and clients.

Morgan brings a disciplined, data-informed approach to coordinating initiatives, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring workstreams are aligned with broader business and client needs. Prior to joining Baird, Morgan held roles at Valeris and Lippert, as well as more than eight years at Press Ganey, where she focused on customer success, enterprise project implementation, and experience research.

Morgan is based in Louisville and received her bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
