Developing and reviewing your life insurance and long-term care (LTC) plans are critically-important to provide the peace of mind that your wealth management plan is protected.

About the Speakers:

Erica Kroll joined Baird in 2003, where she is responsible for supporting Baird Financial Advisors and their clients with their insurance based planning needs. By working through the Baird Wealth Management process in a consultative manner, Erica is able to incorporate insurance into the overall financial plan to enhance the client’s goals and objectives. Prior to joining Baird, Erica worked at Banc One Insurance Services supporting the sales and marketing efforts of their life insurance and annuity solutions. Erica is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and has advanced education in long-term care planning. She also holds the FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses, along with the Wisconsin life and health licenses. Erica, her husband Erik and their daughter Haley reside in Vernon, WI. She and her family enjoy spending time outdoors fishing and camping.

Blake Panosh joined Baird in 2006 and manages the day-to-day marketing efforts of insurance and annuity solutions to Baird Financial Advisors and their clients. Additionally, he oversees strategic planning for Baird’s Insured Solutions department. Blake and his team take a unique independent, objective and consultative approach to providing insurance-based solutions to clients. They employ a needs-based approach and help clients understand the potential solutions available to them – whether those solutions involve the use of insurance or not.  They take great pride in delivering the best possible outcomes for clients based on their current and future needs, goals and objectives. Prior to joining Baird, Blake was a Marketing Director for PDI Financial where he provided life, fixed annuity, and long-term care solutions to financial advisors and their clients.  He was also a Sales Representative for Sentry Insurance, a role in which he marketed and sold property and casualty insurance to individuals and businesses.

Blake has a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and holds his property, casualty, life and health licenses, along with his FINRA series 6, 7 and 63.
